Required for license:

$100 Check payable to the Metropolis of Chicago

Organist:

Must be booked independently, and paid $125.

Cantor and Altar Assistant:

$75 Cantor Fee

$30 Altar Assistant Fee

Clergy honoraria are customary but not required.
